IMPORTANT: This Service is for entertainment and visualization purposes only. Results are AI-generated simulations and should not be relied upon for medical, professional, or personal decisions. The Service does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations.

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

4. Credits and Payments

4.1 Credit System

Credits are purchased in packages: 3, 10, 25, or 50 credits
Each simulation requires 1 credit
Credits never expire and remain in your account
Credits are non-transferable between accounts

4.2 Pricing

Current pricing is displayed on our website and may be updated at any time. Price changes will not affect credits already purchased.

4.3 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor. By making a purchase, you agree to our payment processor's terms and conditions. We do not store your payment information.

4.4 No Refunds

All credit purchases are final and non-refundable. Once credits are purchased and delivered to your account, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. Please ensure you select the correct credit package before completing your purchase.

5. Content and Usage Rights

You retain all rights to photos you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to:

Process your images to generate simulations
Store your images and simulations in your account
Display your simulations to you within the Service

5.2 Generated Content

You own the simulated images generated by the Service. However, you acknowledge that:

6. Prohibited Uses

Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service
Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted through the Service

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid for credits in the past 12 months, or (b) $100 USD.

8.3 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Should I Bald and its operators, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any rights of another party, including any users; or (d) your uploaded content or generated simulations.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

Violation of these Terms of Service
Fraudulent or illegal activity
Abuse of the Service or other users

Upon termination, your access to the Service will be revoked. Unused credits will be forfeited without refund.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

To the fullest extent permitted by law, (a) no arbitration or proceeding shall be joined with any other; (b) there is no right or authority for any dispute to be arbitrated or resolved on a class-action basis or to utilize class action procedures; and (c) there is no right or authority for any dispute to be brought in a purported representative capacity on behalf of the general public or any other persons.

If any provision of this arbitration agreement is found unenforceable, the unenforceable provision shall be severed and the remaining arbitration terms shall be enforced.

13. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
